Met at the BBQ Roundup in Cedar Rapids Iowa. The most delicious meal I think I have ever eaten. I was astonished! You truly have something unique going.Awesome!

The Carolina Rib King is the truth!!! I saw the owner on the news one morning during the Rib Fest in Winston Salem, NC. My wife and I stopped by his grill at during lunch at the fest. Man!!! We were in the car chowing down!!! Ribs, slaw, and cornbread... have mercy!!! I went back Sunday after church. Dude... your ribs are banging!!! I need to get to know twenty people in Spartanburg so i can place an order when I drive through!!! Thanks for sharing your ribs and please do not stop coming to the Rib Fest in Winston Salem, NC!

I am a long time fan of King Solomon. He has catered 2 parties for my business. Killer BBQ! I am ordering 2 bottles of his dry rub today. Hope mine come out half as good as the King's . Keep up the good work Solomon! You are the best!
